We do not hand overthe keys and leave.
Most studios deliver a site and disappear, and the first anyone hears that it is down is a customer who could not reach you. What Omnia builds, Omnia hosts and watches. Every site we ship is checked continuously, and when one stops answering we are told — not you.
- we find out first
- a 30-minute call, no obligation
What itincludes.
- Hosting on infrastructure we run ourselves
- Continuous health checks on every site we ship
- Three failed checks in a row and we are alerted
- Technical maintenance and security updates
- Changes handled directly, not through a ticket queue
- One person to call, who built the thing
We find out— not you.
three in a rowalert
three in a rowcleared
three in a row, both ways
There is no "degraded" state. A timeout counts as a failure, which by itself sorts the occasionally slow site from the persistently slow one.
The same three for the recovery, so a site that is flickering does not send alternating messages.
How it runs
building the site
- Design

- Hosting and care
It is not a separate contract and is not bought separately — it is part of building the site, and it is running on this one.
The system that watches what we ship for you is the same system that watches our own.
Questions about hosting and maintenance
Is hosting a separate contract?
No. It is part of building the site and it runs for as long as the site is in our care. The monthly fee on the plans carries it, and there is no line that appears later.
What actually happens when my site goes down?
A check every 60 seconds, with 10 seconds to answer. Three failures in a row and we are alerted; three successes in a row and it is counted as cleared. We find out, and the person who reads that alert is the one who built the site.
Can you host a site somebody else built?
What we host is what we have built, and that is the honest limit: we look after sites we know from the inside. If you have one that nobody is looking after, the conversation is a redesign, and we will say so on the call rather than take it on and hope.
Do I keep my domain?
Yes. The domain stays yours. We host the site that answers on it, and those are two different things. Email is a third — a separate service from the website, and we do not touch it.
What does the maintenance actually cover?
Security updates and technical maintenance, SSL and backups, and edits to the content once you are live. How many edits a month is what separates one plan from another. A change is asked of a person, not filed in a ticket queue.
Do you publish an uptime figure?
No, and it is worth saying why. No check history is stored, so any percentage would be assembled for this page rather than measured. What we can tell you is the rule the checks genuinely run under, and it is drawn above.

Ask us what happenswhen it breaks.
A 30-minute call, free. It is a fair question to ask a studio before you hire one, and most of them cannot answer it.
