Questions about booking systems

How long does it take to build?

It depends on the scope: how many services you offer, how many people take appointments, and what has to connect to the site you already have. We agree the exact scope and schedule on the call.

Do customers have to download an app?

No. The booking happens in the browser, from a link on your site or in a message. Nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed.

Can I change the slots and the rules myself?

Yes. Opening hours, breaks, how long an appointment runs and the days you are closed are all yours to change. The system then never offers a slot you have not allowed.

What if I already have a site?

Then the system connects to it and stays on your address. If the site you have is the thing holding you back, that is a conversation about a redesign, and we will say so plainly.

Does it work on a phone?

Above all on a phone. Most bookings come from one, so the schedule is designed for a small screen first and a desktop second.
